Public Notice 

The City of Healdsburg, CA (Sponsor) as Sponsor for Healdsburg Municipal Airport has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), 49 CFR Part 26. The DBE Goal of 5.17% for FAA-funded contracts/agreements in fiscal years 2025 through 2027. The Sponsor estimates that in meeting the established overall goal of 5.17%, it will obtain 5.17% from race neutral participation and 0.00% through race conscious measures.

  

Specific project information is as follows:

 

Overall Fiscal Year 2025 – 2027 DBE Goal: 5.17%

 

Federal Fiscal Year 2025: 5.05%

  • Runway 13-31 Pavement Reconstruction (Design): 4.83%
  • Rehabilitate Taxiway A and A1: 5.03%
  • Rehabilitate Hangar Row C (Design): 6.23%

 

Federal Fiscal Year 2026: N/A: Rehabilitate Hangar Row C - Less than $250K (No DBE Goal Required)

 

Federal Fiscal Year 2027: 5.60%: Runway 13-31 Reconstruction and Removal of Taxiway A3

Airport Information


The Healdsburg Municipal Airport (Airport) is situated on 45 acres of land approximately 3 miles northwest of Healdsburg, with quick access from the Lytton Springs Road exit on US Highway 101.  The Airport is owned and operated by the City of Healdsburg and administered by the City's Public Works Department.

Although outside city limits, the Airport is incorporated within the City of Healdsburg as an island. The Airport has one paved runway, 60 feet wide and 2,625 feet in length, which serves both single and twin engine aircraft under 12,500lbs depending on landing gear configuration.
