Concealed Weapons Permits

Overview

California Penal Code sections 12050 through 12054 provide that the Chief of Police or County Sheriff may issue a license to carry a pistol, revolver, or other firearm capable of being concealed upon the person.

Pursuant to California Penal Code section 26155(c), the City of Healdsburg has entered into an agreement with the Sonoma County Sheriff's Office to process all applications and license renewals for the carrying of concealed weapons.
