North Entry Area Plan

The General Plan requires preparation of an Area Plan prior to development of the 32 acre former mill site at the north end of the City (Quaker Hill site). 

City staff hired a consultant, PlaceWorks, to assist with preparation of the North Entry Area Plan which gives guidance for future development including design, circulation, and landscape and coordinates with other planning efforts (Montage, Healdsburg Avenue Complete Streets).
