Home Energy Assistance Programs (HEAP)

The City of Healdsburg refers qualifying low-income customers to the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP). This program has funds to help you pay 1 or 2 months of electricity per year. For more information call HEAP at (800) 233-4480.

Rebates - Energy Efficiency and Water Conservation Programs

The City of Healdsburg is helping their customers save money, energy, and water by offering rebates to customers that install energy and/or water efficient equipment. For more information, check out our electric rebate and energy efficiency and water rebates pages. 

Plug-In Electric Vehicle Discount Program

While many cities do not offer a discount program to their residential utility customers who own plug-in electric vehicles, the City of Healdsburg Council adopted Resolution #55-2013 which provides a 15% discount on electric rates for qualifying customers. Redwood Empire Disposal CARE Program

Residential customers within Healdsburg city limits, who are currently enrolled in the City's CARE program, are also eligible to receive a 20% discount on their garbage cart service provided by Redwood Empire Disposal.
