Did you know the City of Healdsburg operates on a two-year budget cycle? 

The biennial budget development process takes approximately 6 months to complete. City staff, City Council and the Public all play an important role in planning spending for the next two years. The timeline below highlights key deliverables and target completion dates for all stakeholders.
